No. The same model can leave the factory with different steering wheels depending on the year, trim and option packages, so our team confirms your exact wheel and its controls before production. If anything is unclear, we may ask for a photo.

Our 3D configurator is intended to help visualize your custom design. Colours, carbon patterns, materials and proportions may vary from the digital representation. Actual finished products feature real materials and craftsmanship that cannot be fully captured in a digital preview. Final specifications are confirmed before production.

Yes. Half-cut, F1-inspired, open-top, flat-top and one-off designs can be requested through Beyond OEM. Every custom design is reviewed for feasibility, compatibility and safety, and some may be suitable for show or off-road use only.

We send updates as your order moves through production, inspection and shipping. Online order tracking opens when our store is connected; until then, email us with your reference number for an update.

We recommend professional installation. Installing a steering wheel means removing and refitting the driver's airbag, which must only be done by a qualified technician.

Share your approved specification with your installer and ask them to follow your vehicle manufacturer's procedures, including the steps for safely disconnecting the battery and handling the airbag.

Depending on your build, some factory components such as buttons or paddle shifters may be transferred from your current wheel. Your build tells us what you want to reuse, and we confirm it during review.

Our wheels are built to work with your vehicle's factory airbag where compatible. We confirm this for your vehicle during review, before you approve anything.

Only a qualified technician. Airbags can cause serious injury if handled incorrectly. Never attempt to remove, open or modify an airbag yourself.

Some custom designs may be suitable for show or off-road use only. We review every custom design for feasibility, compatibility and safety and tell you if a design is not intended for road use. Rules differ by province and country, so check what applies where you drive.

Once you approve your quote, we send you a secure checkout link for your approved specification. You choose an available payment method and complete payment through checkout. Production begins after payment is complete.

Not yet. We are exploring options such as Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay and Shop Pay Installments. Financing is coming soon, subject to approval, and it is not available today.

Every Aero Elite steering wheel is manufactured according to the customer's approved specifications. Once payment is received and the order is confirmed for production, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Custom-made orders are final sale, subject to applicable consumer protection laws and customer rights relating to defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.
