Every Aero Elite steering wheel is manufactured according to the customer's approved specifications. Once payment is received and the order is confirmed for production, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Custom-made orders are final sale, subject to applicable consumer protection laws and customer rights relating to defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.

Before we start production, you review your quote and confirm that each of the following is correct:

• The correct vehicle: year, make, model, trim and chassis.
• The correct OEM (factory) steering wheel fitted to your vehicle.
• The correct materials.
• The correct colours.
• The correct accessories.
• The approved specifications, exactly as they will be built.
• That you have reviewed these custom-order terms.

Please check everything carefully. If anything is unclear, ask us before you approve. We would much rather answer a question than build the wrong wheel.

You can change your build or decline a quote at any time before you approve the specification and pay. Submitting an inquiry does not commit you to an order.

Once payment is received and the order is confirmed for production, changes or cancellations may not be possible, because materials and production are committed to your specification.

Our 3D configurator is intended to help visualize your custom design. Colours, carbon patterns, materials and proportions may vary from the digital representation. Actual finished products feature real materials and craftsmanship that cannot be fully captured in a digital preview. Final specifications are confirmed before production.

Our current estimates are 14 days for production and 5–10 business days for shipping, with quote responses usually within one to two business days.

If your wheel arrives damaged, has a defect, or does not match your approved specification, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos. We will review it with you.

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws relating to defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.

We recommend professional installation. The driver's airbag must only be removed and refitted by a qualified technician.

Some custom designs may be suitable for show or off-road use only. We tell you if this applies to your design before you approve it.
