Aero Elite is a Canadian business that designs and sells custom carbon fibre steering wheels. This notice applies to personal information collected through this website and in the course of quoting and fulfilling orders.

• Contact details: your name, email address and, if you give it, your phone number.
• Vehicle information: the model and year you enter, and any trim, chassis or steering-wheel details you choose to share.
• Photos and files you upload, such as photos of your current steering wheel, inspiration images and sketches.
• Your build specification, messages and any notes you send us.
• Sponsorship application details, if you apply to the sponsorship program.
• Basic technical information, such as your IP address, used to protect our forms from spam and abuse.

Saved builds and some preferences (such as sound on or off) are stored in your browser's local storage on your device. They are not sent to us unless you submit a form.

• To review your build and confirm compatibility with your vehicle.
• To confirm feasibility with our manufacturer and prepare your quote.
• To process your order and payment, and to send you order updates.
• To respond to your messages and review sponsorship applications.
• To protect our website and forms from spam and misuse.
• To send you news by email, only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share only what is needed, with:

• Our manufacturer, to confirm feasibility and produce your wheel (for example your vehicle details, specification and wheel photos).
• Service providers who help us run the business, such as our e-commerce platform, payment processing, email and shipping carriers.
• Authorities, where we are required to by law.

Some service providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires (for example tax and accounting records for completed orders).

Inquiries that do not become orders, and the photos attached to them, are deleted once they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Access to submissions, photos and order records is limited to the team members who need it to do their work. We use access-controlled service providers and reasonable safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.

No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take the protection of your information seriously and review our safeguards as the business grows.

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you can ask to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and withdraw your consent, subject to legal or contractual limits.

If you live in Quebec, you also have rights under Quebec's private-sector privacy law as amended by Law 25, including the right to access and correct your information, to withdraw consent, and, where it applies, to receive your information in a structured, commonly used format.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or, for Quebec residents, the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
