Submitting a build or an inquiry is a request for a quote, not an order. We review each inquiry and may decline any request, for example if a build is not feasible or not compatible with your vehicle.

A quote sets out your specification and price. It applies only to the specification it describes and for the period stated in it.

An order is formed when you approve your specification and your payment is completed. Every wheel is made to order, so our custom-order policy applies to every order.

Pricing is provided by quote only, because every build is different. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Payment is made through a secure checkout link for your approved quote. Financing options are being explored and are coming soon, subject to approval; they are not offered today.

Estimates only, not guarantees. Production and delivery times are confirmed with your quote and can change with options, materials and carrier delays. Quote responses are counted in business days.

Our 3D configurator is intended to help visualize your custom design. Colours, carbon patterns, materials and proportions may vary from the digital representation. Actual finished products feature real materials and craftsmanship that cannot be fully captured in a digital preview. Final specifications are confirmed before production.

Compatibility is confirmed for your vehicle as part of your quote, based on the information and photos you provide. Please make sure they are accurate.

We recommend professional installation. Airbags must only be handled by qualified technicians.

Some custom designs may be suitable for show or off-road use only. You are responsible for following the laws that apply where you drive.

When you upload photos, sketches or other files, you confirm that you have the right to share them. You allow us to use them to review, quote and produce your build. We will ask for your permission before using them for anything else, such as our gallery or social media.

The content of this website, including text, renders and designs, belongs to Aero Elite or is used with permission.

Vehicle makes and model names are used only to describe fitment. Aero Elite is not affiliated with or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

The governing law and dispute terms will be confirmed when these terms are finalized.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one in effect when you approve your specification.
