Sponsorshipprogram terms

The sponsorship program is application-based. Applying does not guarantee acceptance. We review each application individually and may decline any application.

Each accepted sponsor receives an individual written agreement that sets out what is provided, what is expected, and how long the sponsorship lasts. If anything in that agreement differs from these general terms, the individual agreement applies.

Sponsors must clearly disclose their relationship with Aero Elite in every piece of sponsored content, in a way their audience will notice and understand.

• Use a clear label such as "Sponsored by Aero Elite" or #ad, placed where it is seen without clicking "more".
• Use the platform's paid partnership or branded content tools where they are available.
• Disclose any free products, discounts or referral codes you receive.
• Follow Canadian advertising rules, including the Competition Act and recognized influencer disclosure guidelines.

How Aero Elite may use content created by a sponsor, and how a sponsor may use the Aero Elite name and logo, is reviewed and agreed for each sponsorship in the individual agreement. Neither side uses the other's content or brand beyond what that agreement allows.

The program does not guarantee any earnings, commissions, products or other benefits. Anything a sponsor receives is limited to what is set out in their individual agreement.

Sponsors are expected to represent Aero Elite honestly and respectfully, and never to make claims about our products that we have not made. How and when a sponsorship can end is set out in the individual agreement.
